The main idea of design formation
By changing the visual skyline, a tower–as a focal point- creates the strongest dialogue with the whole city embedded within, and therefore, acts as a powerful element of attraction. Like what minarets did in the past, nowadays a tower holds the most potential of becoming a landmark. Landmark is the element that can be as a sign to recall a city.
