The main idea of design formation
Another major idea was to use the potentials of the surrounding nature –the sea and forest- in both private and public spaces and social communications. The cut in the middle was assigned to create a private plaza for the residents while it also promotes ventilation and flow of air to decrease damp and moist in between.
